Happy 4th of July

Savanna enjoyed the fireworks. With the help of gun head phones. She actually was more excited about her hair and new hair bow.

Russell's Birthday

Russell's 4th of July birthday was really fun. Tim and Krista came up and we did a BBQ at my parents then took the girls fishing. Other than Emmy getting the flu and throwing up all night it was a great evening.

Russell is our regular fisherman. He has had a busy spring, here are a few of his catches.

Savanna B-Day

Savanna turned three years old. We had a party for her with grandma and grandpa. Mom made the cake. It only took 6 hours!

Funny Trip to Arches

This is probably the funniest trip of the year. We decided to go to Arches National Park in 1 day. We went with Russell's brother Tim and his family. So we had 4 kids under 5 and 4 adults. Savanna got diarrhea on the way there, so we had to stop frequently. We went on one long hike. She had to go potty every 10 seconds. One time we were not fast enough and she pooped her pants. So the panties were buried under a rock. After 2 miles Russ was climbing a rock and split his pants all the way down the back, so he had to wear my sweater tied around his waist. After 3 miles we ran out of toilet paper for Vanna so Russ used a pocket knife and started cutting up his shorts, until there was no back to them. Eventually we made it off the mountain and endured the 3 hour trip home.
